The blinds were easy to install. The only negative was that on one of them the drawstring would not engage to hold the blinds from dropping all the way to the bottom of the window. Had to install the tie downs at the edge of the window so we could position the blinds at the level we wanted them.

I bought these blinds for windows that I really didn't want to cover (these windows look out over the water). I only use the blinds at night. I wanted a blind that would be as unobtrusive as possible. These blinds are very thin when collapsed and don't block any of my water view when open. I am quite happy with them. Very easy to install.
