The shade I ordered is lovely. It appears well made and came to an exacting size. It fit my window perfectly. The shade itself, however, is quite transparent. It will not provide the privacy I had hoped. This was my error in ordering. It looks great, but will not get the job done.

I LOVE Blind Chalet! This is the second set of blinds I have ordered. I measure and install the blinds myself. The blinds show up fitting perfectly (inside mount so not a lot of room for error) and go up easily. I am a 67-year-old female and do the installment myself. I will be ordering more when moving on to updating other rooms. I would definitely recommend Blinds Chalet to anyone looking for affordable great looking blinds.

The whole process from measuring, ordering and receiving the cellular shades was very easy and convenient. I am happy with the shades. They look really nice. Everything arrived packaged very well. All the necessary installation hardware was included. It took about 3 weeks but that was expected. The shades look great, the order process was easy and they have a great selection. I had a positive experience with blinds chalet.

Blinds Chalet’s Responsibility If a covered defect is confirmed, Blinds Chalet will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace affected parts, or provide a comparable replacement.
