I like the BC blinds I have bought so far and plan to replace every one of my old, worn out (and ugly) 1"aluminum mini blinds with the 2" Good Housekeeping polymer blinds.

I like the BC blinds I have bought so far and plan to replace every one of my old, worn out (and ugly) 1"aluminum mini blinds with the 2" Good Housekeeping polymer blinds. I was pleased to see that you now keep Saturday hours. This is very good.

I am extremely pleased with my new fauxwood blinds. The quality is superb and they look high end. The arrived super fast and fit perfect. Easy to install but purchase additional screws because the screws provided are of poor quality and strip easily. Other than that, the blinds are perfect.

You gave me great design advice and did a superb job of following up on availability of the products. The blinds arrived in the time quoted and were packed masterfully by the vendor and arrived in perfect condition. Not to mention the quality of product-perfection. I will be ordering again!!

All Blinds Chalet guidelines regarding product limitations, maintenance, and care have been followed. Who Is Eligible This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Blinds Chalet’s Responsibility If a covered defect is confirmed, Blinds Chalet will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace affected parts, or provide a comparable replacement. Costs not included: The customer is responsible for expenses related to shipping as well as any measuring, installation, removal, or reinstallation services. Labor charges, service visits, and similar costs are not covered by this warranty. What Is Not Covered Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
