Love the product! It does exactly what we needed them to do. The only upgrade (if there is one) would be to have the cord be made out of metal not plastic. Other than that they look great and create great shade, while still being able to see through them.

The shade is perfect for our business. Easily lowers with a simple pull of the chain. We are able to see out much clearer than anyone seeing in which is what we were looking for.

Great product at a great price. What really makes Blind Chalet different is the customer service. I chatted with Shannon a couple of times when measuring and deciding on proper fit and she was great. The only thing that would make these top quality would be metal control cords. The plastic ones function fine but seem a little cheap.

All Blinds Chalet guidelines regarding product limitations, maintenance, and care have been followed. Who Is Eligible This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Blinds Chalet’s Responsibility If a covered defect is confirmed, Blinds Chalet will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace affected parts, or provide a comparable replacement. Costs not included: The customer is responsible for expenses related to shipping as well as any measuring, installation, removal, or reinstallation services. Labor charges, service visits, and similar costs are not covered by this warranty. What Is Not Covered Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
