Our blinds are beautiful and we now have them in every room of the house. The privacy liner makes them not see-through, and it still looks nice from the outside. The quality is great, function is great (we have regular and the top down-bottom ups), and they were easy to install. The customer service at Blinds Chalet is amazing - we had to take them down to paint and we lost a bunch of the mounting brackets and they quickly sent us new ones - at no cost! (THANKS!)

I shopped around extensively, experimented with off-the-shelf blinds from Home Depot and Lowe's and can confirm that these blinds are the BEST price and quality. Friends and family are shocked when I tell them how cheap these were as they look like high-end, custom, designer shades.

I love the look of the blinds but was disappointed that the binding width meant front and back inclusive -I would have ordered the 3in if I had realized it would be divided between front and back -also thought it would go across the lower end of the valance as pictured.
